The Pursuit of Happiness

The Pursuit of

Regardless of your profession or career path, your culture or language, your age or where you live in this vast planet, the pursuit of happiness is one common goal to all of us, human beings. Every time we have a dream, set a goal, pray, or wish for something, the underlying emotion we are seeking is happiness. When we have an experience that causes pleasure or has meaning to us, we bring about a positive feeling that translates into joy.

According to the dictionary, happiness is a state of mind or feeling characterized by contentment, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy. One definition I found at a Princeton University website says that happiness is a state of well-being characterized by emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

I believe happiness can be compared to an elusive butterfly going from one flower to another in the garden of life. Let’s use this analogy and imagine a young child walking in the park on a sunny day.

The child sees a colorful butterfly and with eyes of wonder follows its flying pattern. Curiosity makes him want to get close, touch it and even hold it in his little hands.

The child walks with his arms stretched out towards the flower where the butterfly is resting on, but as soon as he gets within reach, the butterfly takes off to land on another flower.

Determined, the child follows the butterfly to the next flower, and then the next, and the next… but no matter how much he chases it, the butterfly always remains out of his reach.

As adults, happiness can seem like a butterfly, always a few steps away… over there… out of our reach. To some, it may become an obsession. They believe that if only… this or that would happen they’d be truly happy. Their minds are caught up in the ‘if only’ mode continuously…. If only I had more money, a better job or my own business… if only I was in a great relationship, if my partner was more loving or my child was a better student… if only I could have the SUV I’ve been dreaming about, live in a bigger home or travel to Hawaii for a week or two… then, I’d be happy.

Even if they were to achieve one of their ‘if only’ desires, the bliss would be temporary. They would sooner or later get accustomed to what they got, and start feeling unhappy because they don’t have –or they want- something else. This feeling gives birth to the next ‘if only’ desire perpetually. Do you know anyone like this?

See, when you go through life feeling blue most of the time, you tend to believe that external events, things, or circumstances you want will give you the happiness you are seeking when these things happen. However, let’s realize that material possessions, circumstances, and events will just bring short-term happiness. These things will never have a lasting effect in your life even if you get to keep them for a while.

Just like the saying goes… “The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence”, if you base your happiness on things, you’ll always be chasing happiness based on things out there, “on the other side of the fence.” Subsequently, your focus and perception are always based on outer events, which will harbor feelings of dissatisfaction, discouragement and unhappiness in your heart and life experience as a whole.

Every human experience encompasses a mixture of pleasant and unpleasant circumstances. Because of this, no one should rely on experiences as a source of happiness unless they want to live in constant turmoil or experience the eroding ups and downs of an emotional roller coaster ride.

If what you want is true, long-lasting happiness, you must become aware of the fact that living happy is a state of  being, not a state of having.

Happiness is an inner condition that can be attained by all who truly desire to live in happiness most of the time. Yes, I say ‘most of the time‘ because certain unavoidable life events will bring sadness, that’s just a part of life. However, if your normal state is that of happiness, sadness will be temporary as you will recover faster from sorrow or despair.

There is no gene that determines who’ll be happy and who won’t. You and I are capable of becoming happy people and living happy lives IF we understand that happiness is never related to the world out there, but to the world within.

The inner contentment that allows you to navigate through the ups and downs of life has its roots deep within your being. Thus, the only true source of happiness comes from finding and embracing who you are as a person, and from there you can live a happy life overall. Finding peace in every aspect of your life is also important… the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual.

Once you accept yourself ‘as you are’ and find peace in all of these areas, you get a sense of completeness in life; and the result is a flowing state of happiness.

If you neglect any one of these areas, you’ll experience a sense of emptiness. You may not be able to identify this nagging feeling right away. It just feels like something is missing. If this happens, it will be hard to get a solid foundation for building permanent happiness within. Like I mentioned above, many will try to fill this incompleteness by looking for outer stuff, such as the cars, the trips, the things.

This is the reason why falling into the elusive butterfly syndrome is quite common for so many people. They may get what they want and feel happy for awhile, only to discover later on that they’re feeling empty all over again. The feeling of frustration lingers and the cycle repeats itself once and again, unless they learn the secret to being happy despite life’s circumstances which starts with working on their inner self.

So… is happiness an elusive butterfly for you? If so, spend some time in quiet reflection. Ask yourself how you’re doing in regard to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your being. If you notice that you are neglecting one of these four important elements of your being,  you’ll know why you are experiencing a sense of emptiness within. This is a good starting point that gives you direction to modify or improve your life experience.

Remember, it is perfectly fine to desire more and get some things to make your life easier, more comfortable or pleasant, but do not confuse the euphoric feeling of getting things with real happiness.  Enjoy the fruit of your labor. You deserve it. But, do not let the object possess your happiness, ever.

The more you experience happiness as an inner job, the more often you will experience the butterfly of happiness landing on your shoulder.

Wealth Consciousness

Wealth Consciousness

The Meaning of Money

Life has an interesting way of giving back to us what we put out. It always seems that the kind of energy we radiate as we go through our day to day activities, inherently impacts the results we get from our relationships, business ventures and personal undertakings.

Some call this Karma. Others call it Sowing and Reaping, the Law of Cause and Effect, or the Law of Attraction. Whatever title you give to this, the meaning is the same. You do X and receive Y… every single time.

This is especially true when we talk about making money. Many people wonder why they can’t seem to reap the financial rewards of their labor, even after sweating and toiling for several years.

The answer to this is the presence  of a certain lack that has nothing to do with money, but the lack of a proper mindset, that of  wealth consciousness.

Thus, regardless of how hard they work or for how many hours a day, they keep on attracting according to their ‘poverty’ mindset. They don’t realize that they are the cause and the lack is their effect. They get this automatically and as a result of an unconscious belief.

The truth of the matter is that until we understand the true meaning of money and wealth, and accept the fact that we are meant to live in abundance of all kinds, money being one of them, we will continue to be in the position to create just enough to survive! Here are a couple of premises for you to consider…

First, you must acknowledge that you are destined to live in wealth simply because you are a valuable and worthwhile individual. You are unique and as such you have significant and distinctive experiences, gifts and talents that you can share with the world. When you give of yourself to others you are entitled to wealth as you are contributing to the betterment of others and of the planet as a whole. Thus, the first thing is to work on acknowledging your self-worth and what you can offer to people, society and the world.

Then, you must break away from the belief that money is what makes you wealthy, when in reality it is just a symbol of exchange and just one of many representations of wealth. In other words, to be truly wealthy means much more than having lots of money. To better understand this, let’s take a look at the personal story of Gary Heavin, co-founder of the women-only gym, Curves International.

You may or may not know this but Gary Heavin lost all of his money and filed for bankruptcy only to recover and climb to the top again

Wonder why?

Aside from the fact that smart people learn from mistakes, the main point shouldn’t come as a surprise at all: Mr. Heavin never lost his wealth consciousness, he just lost his money… temporarily!

Now, let’s recognize that money is not everything in life. Money is just one expression of true wealth, and Gary Heavin’s story is just one example of this.

Realize that when you acquire a wealth consciousness you will never live in actual lack and limitation even when you encounter a few bumps on the road of your life, because you will have acquired the experience, and when combined with your self-confidence, and the proper mindset for wealth, you’ll be able to rectify the direction of your path and build material wealth yet again.

In short, wealth consciousness is a mindset, and one you can adopt with resolution if you want to change your living experience to that of abundance regardless of what life throws at you.  Here are three steps to help you build your wealth consciousness:

  • Explore the origin of your beliefs about money

We develop beliefs from our own experiences and from what we repeatedly see around us from birth. Once you know this, ask yourself…

What did I learn about money while growing up? Was it always a cause of friction at home? Did I hear “we can’t afford it” often? Was money frequently lacking? Was having money seen as non-spiritual? Was I reprimanded when I asked for money, with statements like “don’t you know that money doesn’t grow on trees”? What opinions of wealthy people do I remember hearing? What were some of the adjectives used in my home and around me when talking about the rich?

  • Discover your attitudes about money

Realize that your present views and attitudes about money derive from your beliefs, and these beliefs were created by your life’s experiences. Thus, to discover your beliefs about money, you must dedicate time to remember some passages of your childhood and answer the questions above. Once you remember, write down your answers, here are a few more for you…

Do I believe money is a cause of conflict? Do I link money to dishonest, arrogant, shallow and selfish people? Do I handle it as dirty stuff? Do I feel materialistic and non-spiritual when I think of accumulating money? Do I believe having money will change me in a negative way? Do I believe I will lose my friends as a result of having money?

Once you have these two sets of answers on paper, analyze how these lists relate to each otherYou are very likely to see a pattern in which your attitudes relate to what you experienced in the past. Now, let’s dissect them one by one and explore the real truth in every statement you wrote.

  • Decide to modify your beliefs

As soon as you become aware of your attitudes and beliefs as well as the underlying cause of them, you will be in the best position to determine what beliefs are not serving you any longer. Consider that beliefs are not true or false intrinsically. It is you who gives them value according to your experiences.

From this point of awareness it’ll be much easier to change any belief, because once you know, you cannot pretend you don’t know. For instance, if you have always believed that to have money you must work like a slave, realize that there are many people who are wealthy and just work a few hours per week while spending most of their time on vacation or pursuing hobbies.

You don’t need to know them personally; just acknowledge the fact that working like a slave has nothing to do with accumulating wealth. This will help you debunk your old belief, as now you have brought this fact to awareness.

There are several resources to help you understand the meaning of true wealth and help you get rid of blocks so you can transform limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs, and acquire a wealth consciousness. I’m going to recommend two that I have used with excellent results.

The first one is EFT, a technique that has been used successfully to heal and change a variety of conditions, including the clearing of energy blocks and limiting beliefs.

A remarkable EFT wealth consciousness creation technique, is described in Dr. Carol Look‘s Attracting Abundance with EFT book and MP3 audio package. This is a hands-on system, meaning you will get to practice as you learn, which is the most effective way to acquire a new skill.

Dr. Look, an EFT Practitioner, Energy Healer and Psychotherapist has identified the 40 most common subconscious limiting beliefs about money.

In her book she guides you to properly use EFT to create a wealth consciousness with over 60 different EFT Exercises including hundreds of statements that you can pick and choose from to release blocks or limiting beliefs that prevent you from receiving wealth and joy in your life.

She also makes it fun with 8 Abundance Games to help you raise your vibration. The “Yes” game and “Thank You” game are especially powerful. And if you learn better through audio, the MP3 will provide you with the guidance to tap correctly using her affirmations for a successful outcome.

My second recommendation is a book that explains beautifully and clearly the meaning of true wealth and how it relates to money. Written by David Cameron Gikandi, “A Happy Pocket Full of Money” clears the many of the misconceptions that most of us acquired while growing up.

Be prepared to engage fully in this reading (or listen to the MP3) as it is comprised of 234 pages of pure wealth knowledge that will definitely help you question, clarify and shift your beliefs about wealth and money.

I’d venture to say that “A Happy Pocket Full of Money” is very likely one of the best books on money ever written, and I highly recommend you get your copy and dedicate time to study the concepts within. Just click on the book’s image to the right and get David’s book or audio MP3.

For optimal results, I suggest you get both. David will teach you the concepts related to wealth consciousness and money in detail. In my opinion this is a must; much like Wealth 101 to open your eyes to the possibilities.

Then, Dr. Carol Look’s ebook and MP3 files will guide you into releasing blocks that may be affecting your abundance flow. You get to download these files right after your purchase so you can start learning how to attract money in just a couple of minutes! Dr. Look will guide you to generate your own wealth with simple but very powerful EFT techniques.

You’ve heard it a million times. Success starts with your state of mind. Invest in these two great resources that offer a powerful combination for the creation of your wealth consciousness!

Success Mindset Fundamentals

Success Mindset Fundamentals

Mindset is the term used to describe the predominant state of mind that a person has on a regular basis. I like to describe it as a day-to-day attitude that influences the outcome of our life experiences. While we all have ups and downs in life, it is what we think about, talk about, focus on, and expect, what sets our mindset in motion.

When we thinktalk and act from a positive standpoint, the natural result is the emergence of a success mindset – regardless of the task at hand.

In contrast, when we contemplate what can go wrong, we think negatively,  narrow our views and become pessimistic about our options. This leads to expectations of the worst -even if unconsciously- and that is exactly what we draw into our life experience. .. the worst possible scenarios.

Fortunately, mindset is malleable and it is based on choice -meaning, you can consciously decide to develop a success mindset by thinking positively and expecting the best on a regular basis.

Once you adopt this frame of mind, you put yourself in an advantageous position that propels you into action while anticipating and expecting a successful outcome. The rest falls into place and it is very likely you’ll end up getting your intended result. And even if you don’t succeed at first, you will take it positively, just as a lesson to learn from. You will have learned something that does not work, so you are closer to encounter what works.

Enlightening information, isn’t it? But… how does it work, precisely? How is it that a success mindset can translate into a world of difference regardless of the goal?

The following are three fundamentals that go hand in hand with a success mindset. Learn and apply them and you’ll be better able to determine if you will be successful at any given task even before you start working on it. How is that for getting in an advantageous position, or -like the saying goes- starting out on the right foot?

  • Mindset and Self-Confidence

When you lack belief in yourself and your capabilities, your self-esteem suffers. As a result, you get to feel helpless or even hopeless which makes you feel inadequate. When you doubt yourself, you see everything as pointless; you stop trying because you believe whatever you want to achieve won’t happen anyway. Obviously, this kind of mindset is a recipe for disaster, and one that must be addressed as soon as it is identified.

On the other hand, acquiring a real success mindset means you have a strong belief in yourself and your abilities. Even if you don’t know how to do a particular thing, this “Can Do” attitude will drive you to learn what you need in order to accomplish your goal.

Therefore, you must work on boosting your self-confidence so your attitude becomes that of a champion. From that point on, you’ll be willing to give anything your best shot. The best part is that the more you try, the more confident you become. And, the more confident you become, the more your self-esteem grows. This cycle can make you virtually unstoppable!

  • Mindset, Determination and Perseverance

Without a success mindset, one failure will be enough to convince you that pursuing any goal is a total waste of time. This is when determination and perseverance come into play.

Most of us won’t become a raving success the first time around, especially when the task at hand requires some sort of training or practice.

Thus, before discarding it as something impossible for you to do, acknowledge that very few things worth having or doing are achieved easily.

When you have a success mindset you become conscious of the fact that one failure is not the end of the story but just a way for you to learn what doesn’t work. In fact, when you embrace a success mindset you become aware of this truth: Failure just happens when you stop trying.

It is possible to improve your determination with thought and behavior modification tools. This type of conditioning is quite powerful as it reprograms the mind to become relentless and determined to succeed at anything.

  • Mindset and Action

Have you ever felt intimidated or inadequate because you didn’t know the best approach to a specific task? Even if you had a vague idea of the course of action, the actual action steps might have been unclear, and as a result you ended up procrastinating or self-sabotaging yourself as you hoped for an easier or less frightening way to attain your goal. Needless to say, this is the wrong mindset to embark in any endeavor.

On the contrary, when you have a true success mindset, a Can Do attitude, even when you don’t know all the right steps, you become proactive, you are determined to search and find the proper information, you are relentless until find the most effective action steps that will lead directly to your goal… you are unstoppable!

When you add inner confidence, tenacity and persistence to the mix, you will have acquired a success mindset; a sure recipe for success!

The Miracle of Your Mind… take the time to listen. It’s well worth your time, promise!

Emotional Freedom Technique or Meridian Tapping

You have an amazing power to heal yourself, to reduce your pain and speed your healing process. This power was given to you at birth, but most likely you are not aware of it. Even if you’ve heard about this power, you may not know how to tap into it to your advantage… The good news is that it’s easy to learn and use, so you too can get startling results!

It all starts by becoming aware of the link that exists between mental, emotional and physical health. This concept has been gaining credibility in recent years, especially after Louise Hay started talking about the subject nearly 20 years ago.

Louise Hay’s books “Heal Your Body” and “You Can Heal Your Life” explain her philosophy based on the understanding of how emotions affect our health and how properly stated affirmations can help us regain our health. I highly recommend these books, especially if you want to know how the healing process works from the inside out.

Science has already proven that stress and mental strain can have an impact in our health. Therefore, it is safe to assume that releasing emotional strain must have a positive impact in our health. Once this fact is brought to awareness, we become better equipped to assist and support our healing process. Emotional Freedom Technique, better known as EFT or Meridian Tapping is a powerful and simple practice that can help prevent or alleviate physical pain, diseases, phobias and many other emotional issues.

Tapping works because it facilitates the clearing of limiting beliefs and unconscious blocks that can be the underlying cause of chronic conditions. Some EFT enthusiasts claim that it can even help create monetary abundance and prosperity. When we consider that energy blocks are the cause behind beliefs of lack and limitation implanted into the subconscious mind, this actually makes sense. In essence, this technique offers a gentle way of dissolving these blocks and limitations, freeing you to create a healthier, happier, more abundant life.

Just to be fair, EFT is not a miracle cure for all diseases; however, it usually works well for many common conditions  such as chronic pain and many mental anguish ailments. The technique is safe for all ages, and can be done anywhere and anytime as no special equipment is needed. All you need is learning the technique, the tips of your fingers and a few minutes to follow the sequence. Frequently, spectacular results can be achieved where nothing else had worked!

The following points offer support to understand why Tapping works.

  • Going back to the beginning of the 20th century, Albert Einstein discovered that everything is made up of energy; yes, including the human body. Recent Quantum Physics studies have confirmed this is a fact. If, like Einstein said… “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed” – we can affect and alter the flow of energy within to help the body heal.
  • About 5000 years ago, the Chinese revealed that a certain life force essential to sustain life exists in the universe. They called it Qi – pronounced “Chi” – and its literal translation is energy.
  • Eastern Medicine has long recognized the importance of maintaining good health by keeping a free flow of energy within the human body. This is where the practice of acupuncture gets its roots from.
  • The Hindu books of knowledge called “Vedas” affirm the existence of seven energy centers in the human body. These are called “chakras” and each has its unique frequency and vibration.
  • Ayurvedic Medicine, a traditional medical practice in India (ayu means life and veda means knowledge or science), is based on treating the energy centers by restoring their balance so energy can freely flow in and through the chakras and renovate the “prana”  or life force.
  • These very energy pathways serve as principles in the practice of acupuncture and acupressure.

It has been said that unresolved negative emotions, like resentment, anger, traumas, regrets and guilt, are intimately linked to some physical conditions and diseases. For instance, certain types of cancer have been linked to holding feelings of resentment.

book and dvdIf we now know that the human body is an energy system, it makes perfect sense to assume that every emotion and every experience has an impact in our energy centers either positively or negatively. We have all experience this at some level; however, it can be subtle so not too many people recognize it unless it’s brought to their attention.

If you have ever felt the muscular tension that comes after an argument, for instance, you know how an energy blockage feels. For energy to flow freely, we must be relaxed and in peace most of the time. Hence the saying “go with the flow…”  Not easy, I hear you say; and you are absolutely right. This is one more reason to learn EFT, so you can handle the stress as you need it or on a day to day basis. The few moments that you dedicate to this practice could pay off big by having good health until the golden years.

Moreover, there is usually a correlation between the onset of disease and a significant event in life that has created some type of trauma. For instance, research has discovered that there is a clear correlation between PTSD and the onset of heart disease or diabetes type 2. When we consider the points mentioned above, we can easily conclude that a trauma can produce a blockage in the energy flow which in turn manifests as an illness.

Now, while this is not always the case, it happens often enough to pinpoint a correlation. Having said that, the link between trauma and illness is not yet well understood, and we don’t know either why some people are more vulnerable than others. What we know is that there are several factors at play, such as predisposition due to genetic factors, individual immune response, and even the degree of resilience that a person might have developed.

Taking it all into consideration, there is a good reason to believe that tapping can help either curve the response to a traumatic event to either prevent disease or to alleviate some of the existing symptoms by opening the energy flow.

EFT works by alleviating, unblocking or unclogging obstructions on the energy path. It is similar to acupuncture except needles are not necessary. Instead, the meridian points are tapped with your fingertips in a specific sequence to reach the result you seek. EFT is easy, effective and can produce amazing results… quite fast.

EFT was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to hours and even minutes. From there it was discovered that astonishing physical healing occurred simultaneously. Therapists were amazed as they watched many symptoms fade for a variety of ailments going from migraine headaches to cancer.

EFT is a process that must be learned, but it is not difficult at all. The amazing thing is that it has even worked for skeptics! The secret for it to work is to be constant. Having said that, we must recognize that a few issues might be deeply rooted so the help of a trained EFT therapist could be needed in some cases.

EFT has no side effects, so there is no harm in trying it for yourself and by yourself. I invite you to read these interesting articles under More Tapping Resources by Carol Look, and get the answers straight from an expert.

Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is considered one of the most effective behavior modification techniques. It uses guiding principles, attitudes and methodologies that allow you to eliminate, acquire or modify certain behaviors in order to improve a specific area of your life.

These changes in behavior give you the ability to choose your intellectual, physical and emotional states of well-being at any given time. In turn, your life experience goes through positive changes to obtain the results that you have selected and predetermined.

The NLP technique was created in the 70’s by Richard Bandler, Gestalt Therapist, and John Grinder, Professor of Linguistics.

Their studies were based in the models of three successful psychotherapists, Fritz Perls (Gestalt Therapy), Virginia Satir (Family Therapy), and eventually Milton H. Erickson (Clinical Hypnotherapy.) Their research included the subjective study of language and a variety of communication patterns among successful and unsuccessful individuals. Bandler and Grinder noticed that certain people experienced life in a more positive fashion once they adopted certain successful patterns of behavior. These patterns were characterized by elements, such as tone, beliefs, values, behaviors and other specific language patterns.

In the 80’s, Neuro Linguistic Programming was considered as one of several highly respected tools in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Throughout the years, the technique has evolved and has had many ramifications according to the field in which it is taught and used. However, the premise remains the same… NLP gives you the ability to create a better life experience overall.

As you know, we become what we think about most of the time. You may also know that our usual thoughts spring from beliefs and habits we’ve acquired overtime. Unfortunately, some of these thoughts are based on mistaken beliefs which can prevent us from achieving success in a specific area of life.

This is where NLP can help by interrupting this form of thinking and then, by modifying the thought pattern in a way that is more supportive toward our achieving success. The new thought pattern will influence the decisions we make on a moment to moment basis, until the actions taken become second nature to us.

The Ultimate NLP Course - Discover the eight most powerful NLP techniques

This is how Neuro Linguistic Programing gives you the opportunity to become the architect of your own destiny as you reprogram your mind to experience your life on your own terms.

When you learn and practice NLP your life can change because:

  • Your experiences are more predictable and consistent with your new habits.
  • You are in a position to generate empowering states of being at any given time.
  • You are able to identify limiting beliefs and know how to change them.
  • You eliminate negative emotions at will.
  • You create your own patterns of excellence to follow.
  • You feel more inspired and upbeat.
  • You improve your interpersonal skills at work, with family, and with friends.
  • You gain insight and learn new paradigms.
  • You are more liked and attractive which opens up new opportunities for you.
  • You secure new and powerful communication skills.

What exactly does NLP mean?

N stands for Neuro. With its base in the central nervous system, it commands our five senses which help us experience our environment in a certain way.  For instance, we perceive the scent of a rose through our olfactory sense. The neural response is immediate because the scent has been imprinted in our memory and can be brought to awareness every time we smell a rose.

L is for Linguistic. It refers to language and all kinds of verbal and non-verbal communication which gives meaning to the neural representations we get from our senses.

Using the example above, we were taught at an early age that the rose has a pleasant scent; therefore, we communicate this to our brain as we perceive the aroma of the rose. This is a case where we use non-verbal communication taken from our learned experience and memory.

P is for Programming. This is the ability to alter, modify or adopt certain communication patterns with the intention to obtain a desired outcome. Following the same example, we could alter the perception of a rose’s scent by reprogramming our mind to dislike it.

NLP works because it is results oriented

You must have an objective BEFORE you try this technique. The goal is to target a particular situation and solve it effectively. For instance, phobias have been treated successfully with NLP. The process is usually short and fast. The individual had a definite goal BEFORE starting NLP; i.e. I want to eliminate my fear of spiders.

The amazing thing is that NLP can be used to overcome all sorts of limitations to improve any area of life by using specific commands to reprogram certain patterns of behavior in order to attain a desired and predetermined result. Once mastered, you will make new decisions based on your newly learned behavior which will bring upon the results you seek.

The NLP technique is powerful because it gives you the ability to create your life experiences at will.

“NLP may be the most powerful vehicle for change in existence.”
